1.General

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our information, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers at any time. ii. These terms and conditions apply to all guests of the venue using whatsoever service or facility iii. The venue’s name, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, logo or website address must not be used in any advertising or publicity without the express prior written consent of the venue’s manager. iv. Personal information is processed in accordance with local law and is not sold to third parties. vi. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. v. You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998.

2.Website information

The Venue cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the details featured in this website without notice. The information contained in this website is provided in good faith. The use of any information from this website is entirely at the risk of the user. The Venue will not be liable for any costs, losses, expenses or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, economic or financial) that may be incurred through the use of any information contained in this website or in any other website linked to this website.

3.Prices

All published rates include VAT or local service charges at the current rate. ii. The Venue reserves the right to alter prices for any reason up to 1 week prior to your reservation. After such time, prices may only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of VAT or local service charge and taxes or for any other reason outside of the control of the Venue, in which case the changes will be notified to the Client. In the latter event, the Client may cancel the booking without cost. iii. The venue reserves the right to amend prices, if deemed necessary, for bookings taken in advance of three months. However, we will inform our customers if this should arise.

4.Availability
All, rates, menus, services and facilities offered by the Venue are subject to availability and the discretion of the Venue manager. The venue reserves the right to alter menus to suitable replacements should this be required.

5.Right of refusal

The Venue reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

6.Venue Rules
Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Venue, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration ii. be brought into the Venue or Venue grounds by Clients, their guests or representatives for consumption or sale on the premises without the express written consent of the Venue and for which a charge may be made by the Venue.
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

7.Loss and liability

Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to an appropriate staff member, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Venue to the police. Guests shall not enter areas of the Venue which are indicated as private. The Venue shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas

The Venue shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned iv. The Venue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Venue’s control.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Venue to ensure that bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Venue reserves the right to relocate any booking to another venue of similar size and standard in the locality.

Guests will be liable for any loss; damage or personal injury they may cause at the Venue.

Any damages or loss of venue to/of venue property will result in charges. For this purpose, the Venue reserves the right to set-off the amount payable for such cancellation against the Client’s credit card without prior notice or approval of the Client, where applicable.

8.Credit Card
Details Credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL or another technology. We are using high security levels SSl and other technology to protect credit details of our customers and we will not sell your data to third parties. We accept 3D Secure transactions
